Company Overview

 Soleco Global Ltd is a new Company formed to take advantage of opportunities in domestic and international Biofuel Markets. The Company will focus on the production of large quantities of quality Pyrolysis Oil, Eucalyptus Oil, natural Phenol Formaldehyde Resins and Activated carbon utilizing Fast Pyrolysis process (Liquefaction of Biomaterial by Thermolysis) along with Bio-Sequestration.

The cellulose biomass for this process would be obtained by establishing Mallee and indigenous African tree plantations across various regions of Western and Eastern Africa.

Since the Company was incorporated on 27th January 2009 the Directors have raised a total of $350,000 in seed capital, developed the Company and built key capabilities.

The Directors believe there are a number of variables that combine to provide significant potential for the creation of Investor value
