Bio Oil Application

Application for Bio Oil

Heat and Steam Production: Bio Oil can substitute for light fuel oil, heavy fuel oil, or natural gas in many static applications including industrial, commercial burners, furnaces and boilers. Other applications include district heating, commercial heating systems, and industrial energy systems including industrial Lumber kilns that are fuelled by wood residue but easily converted to use Bio oil instead

Power Generation: Bio Oil can be effectively used in power generation, and combined heat and power applications.

Chemicals: There are also a range of chemicals that can be extracted or derived including food flavorings, specialty chemical (such as levoglucosan), resins, agro-chemicals, fertilizers, and emissions control agents.

Transportation: Bio Oil can be used as a fuel in slow and medium speed diesels as well as transportation applications.
